One of, if not THE fastest way to grow your business is by leveraging the relationships you have with your clients, your network, and other relationships.  Why?  Because you already have a relationship with these individuals!  They already know you and have an opinion of you!  However, to fully maximize the leverage there are several things you need to do.

First, make sure that the people who can help you know WHO you are looking to meet.  It is easy to assume that these people who know you understand who would be a good introduction for you, but that is not always the case.

Finally, you need to stay “top of mind” with the people in your network.  In today’s busy world with information overload it is important to remember this:  Out of sight equals out of mind.  If someone is not hearing from you in a professional way on a regular basis, more than likely they are NOT thinking of you and how to refer or introduce you to your ideal prospects.
