I have been fortunate to have an accountability partner for most of 2011 that I would send my daily to do list to them, and then give them an update at the end of each day. It&#039;s amazing how much you can get done in a day when someone else knows what you are supposed to be doing. </description>

It&#039;s tough to find the motivation to continue nurturing a relationship with no immediate payback in sight.
